As part of our Driver Academy, we comprehensively prepare new employees for safe and efficient work in transport. We combine theoretical knowledge with intensive practice, ensuring the highest standards of safety and service quality.

We provide:

• Theoretical and practical training covering safe vehicle operation, the use of modern driver‑assistance systems, and fleet‑monitoring tools. 
• An onboarding program with an experienced driver – during the first 3 to 6 months, new employees work in double‑driver crews, gaining real experience and learning to apply safety procedures in daily operations. 

Every newly hired driver completes a training cycle before starting independent routes, including:

• driver working‑time regulations, 
• introduction to internal company procedures, 
• correct completion of CMR documents, 
• quality standards in transport operations, 
• operation of Transics telematics systems. 

We also regularly organize eco‑driving training aimed at reducing fuel consumption, ensuring smoother driving, and minimizing vehicle wear – benefiting both the environment and fleet efficiency
